1. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium membership costs £2.99/month or £29.99/year.
• Payments are handled securely via Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

3. Use of Content

• Quizzes, worksheets, and videos are for personal use only.
• Accounts must not be shared between multiple users.
• Copying, redistributing, or reselling Ioniq Learning content is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

• We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we cannot guarantee exam results.
• Ioniq Learning is a study tool to support revision, not a substitute for classroom teaching.
